I'm not sure why this happened but, my sisters laptop, out of nowhere, started not recognizing the operating system unless it's Linux. We tried going into the BIOS to boot from a USB flash drive, and it's not recognizing it at all. It only has UEFI options. We have no idea what happened to the Legacy boot options. The BIOS was locked since we got it. The reason for this could be when she tried to enable virtualization with some software, loaded something that said "Building database" and it did nothing. This problem only showed up 3 days later, we're pretty confused. Does anyone have an official BIOS password remover? Thanks.
