My laptop that I purchased from Amazon on 9/22/21 will not turn on. A blinking white light next to the power plug is on but I have a black screen.
It does this with a charged battery and or plugged in. In 20 attempts it has turned on and worked fine three times randomly. One of these times I dis a successful complete reset. But still same thing, it will not turn on.
Took it to a shop was called that it was ready after they replaced the battery. In fact I ordered a ram upgrade when I heard it was fixed.
When I went to pick it up it would not turn on again. They replaced the original battery and refunded the service.
I am at a loss as it is not under warranty.
Now i have a laptop that doesn't turn on and a Ram upgrade that is ordered but not yet arrived.
