Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Not sure if my OS is 32 or 64 bit, but I know my laptop updated to Windows 10 but I am having an issue with my laptop. I attempted to reset my laptop and it is now stuck on the initial boot loading screen (with the HP logo and loading spinning circle). It gives me a message telling me the laptop was unexpectedly restarted or there was an error. It tells me to push "okay" and it will restart and install windows but after it restarts it gives me the same message, I seem to be stuck in an endless loop of restarting and an error message. Please help!

When you power on the laptop press F11 and you should boot to a advaned boot options screen.  From there select troubleshoot and then HP Recovery Manager.  From there select minizied image restore.  It should restore your computer to just like it left the factory.  This will wipe any data from the hard drive but it sounds like that has already happened.

I see the option for the Recovery Manager but the next screen only says "Windows Recovery Environment" and it has "Windows 10 on Volume 4" twice. There is a separate option under Troubleshoot > Advanced Options for system image recovery but after that I get the same "Windows Recovery Environment" and "Windows 10 on Volume 4" twice. I don't see the image restore you refered to.

Select one of the partitions and it should load the HP Recovery Manager and once you select the image restore it will format the hard drive and put everything back to the way that it was when you first purchased it.
