I bought an HP laptop about 1.5 years ago. The past week or two I’ve noticed that some videos were loading slower. Today I noticed that the laptop won’t charge,;it’s stuck at a low percent while plugged in. If I unplug it the battery will go down as normal. When the laptop is plugged in, it runs very slowly. I can hardly open any web pages without serious lag. When it’s unplugged it seems to work fine, though. I’ve tried using both the charger that came with my laptop, and the charger from my old HP. No difference in the results
