Hello @Harmook

I think that before or during the registration process the internet connection was lost.

This has been an unusual action, but sometimes a hard shutdown has to be done.

Please report your results.

Hello Harmook,

(1) the HP registration requires an active internet connection, please check !

(2) disable all 3 options [  ]

(3) hit [CTRL] + r

(4) enable all 3 options [x]

If you are not lucky, reboot your system, enable internet connection and start the registration again...

Please report your results.

Hi all,

I managed to get a support person to advise. Action taken was to hold down the power button on the Laptop for 5 seconds. Then power on again and redo set up process. This worked.

thanks all.
