Product: EliteBook 745
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI, 

 

I have an  HP Elitebook and I am not able to start at all the computer. 

 

When I try to start it the Power light turns on and nothing else happens after 15seconds the CAPS LOCK light turns on and the computer closes. 

 

I have tried the ctrl-b and ctrl-v options but nothing seems to work. 

 

I need help please.
