Microsoft Windows 11

For a couple of months, every now and then (once every two weeks?), when I turned my laptop on I would get Starting Automatic Repair. Most of the time it did this it would also turn off. I would turn it back on and it would progress a bit further until it would stay on and always tell me it could not repair the problem. I ran every diagnostic it showed me the first time and I could not find anything wrong. After that, when it did the starting auto repair and it finished I would hit the button that let me go on into windows.  Then, 3 days ago when I started it up, I had a black screen that had the fTPM NV Corrupted error and again, my laptop would turn off after a few seconds, I would turn it back on, same message, etc. I did some research, found it wasnt encrypted, so hit "Y" on the flipping fTPM screen to turn it off. Then our old friend Mr. Starting Auto Repair stopped by again, super sigh.  So that was 3 days ago, everything has been fine since, until awhile earlier. I tried to power up my laptop and...nothing. No lights at charger port, no fan coming on, nada. I have done all of the discharge, plug back in, remove internal battery, discharge, etc. I have a multi meter and tested  the power cord, the power jack in the laptop, etc. All tested great, there is power going in - when I tested the power jack I unplugged it from the laptop (this is where I used the multi meter), plugged the power in and it was steadily at 19.5. So power is going in  I know from my intense research this evening (all flipping night), it is probably the Motherboard. I thought I might throw out one final Hail Mary to see if anyone out there may have any other ideas.
