Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Letters on my new HP laptop are not working so I cannot even start the laptop. I set it up a few days ago with a password and now cannot start it.

First off, if you really are running Windows Server 2019, as you claim, we can not help you as we do not provide support for commercial OS versions. If you're not, then giving us false information about your PC does not help us in any way.

Second, do you mean some of the laptop keys are not working?  IF so, there is nothing we can do about that -- as you would need to connect an external keyboard and see if you can get into the laptop using that.

IF that works, you have a faulty keyboard and replacing that will be both difficult and costly -- so while this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.

If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
