Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC

I'm using an HP 255 G7 Notebook... and it won't let me enter into the BIOS without an administrative password. I've tried many different passwords and can't seem to get in to it. I don't know what to do now? Error message is number 79062120 and I've tried so many things. Help.

- My son said he tried to install windows 10 and now we can't get in to the computer at all. I think the previous version was 7 or 8 but I'm not sure.
