Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was updating BIOS and someone mistakenly disconnected the power supply. The PC doesn't turn on anymore, the screen remains black when I press the power button but the power on light will be showing.

I tried doing BIOS recovery with;

1. Windows key + B

2. BIOS recovery using flash drive and windows key + B

following the guidelines I read from the HP support site but it's still not working.

Please what other option can I try?

Sorry, but the steps you already tried are the only ones to get it booting again when the power is cut during a BIOS update.

Your laptop is now trashed and since the BIOS chip is soldered to the motherboard, there is nothing you can do to replace it.
