Hello. I lost my bios admin password. I know what I entered as password but it just dont work anymore. Bios is set to only boot from harddrive. USB and CD is deactivated. Found some fixes online, but they require booting from media.

I tried to disconnect the bios battery for several minutes. The bios was reset, but password is still there.

I do not get any error code when trying to login to bios.

Guess what; I discovered that keyboard was "slow or defective" so all letters and numbers didn't register when I entered password. I solved it by using usb keyboard
