Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

for my EliteBook 8470p I get the red failiure at turning the device on:

"Me State in Recovery mode"

I searched for that error and tried a lot of things, but nothing helped so far.

So here is what I tried:

1. Sequence to get in BIOS and get the OS startet, I have always to do:
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

2. Flashed the newst BIOS.

3. Reseted the BIOS to standard.
4. Installed the newest ME drivers in Windows.

5, Tried to flash the ME BIOS.
But in DOS, or UEFI or WIndows mode, I always get the error back:
"error 8391 can not locate ME device driver"

Even I cann't show the current ME version. The Tools for that BIOS cant show the info.

So the ME BIOS has a unrepairable error or someone has another idea for me?

Thx in advance
