My son purchased a OmnibookX for college on August 25th, 2025.  He notified me on september 14th that the computer is giving him the following message.  Memory training is in progress...  THe whole process might teake sveral minutes to complte.  Do not shut down or remove externall power from your PC during the process.  It keeps giving him this message and he cant get into his computer.  Geek squad said the battery was good and it is mostly likely a motherboard issue.  We had to purchase another computer so we purchased the same one.  I was hoping that hp would understand and help with the service charge to repair which is $651 which is almost the same price as a new one.  It make me wonder the quality on this product if I only get a little over a year.  Tech support said hp will not be able to help with any discount on the service fee.  I was hoping the forum might suggest what else I could do to help this issue????
