Product: HP Chromebook’s

Hello! My Chromebook won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything on Google and from the Virtual Assistant. Nothing worked. Yesterday, I was charging my Chromebook and everything was fine. I had a software update so I updated it. After that, it won’t turn on. I tried everything but still didn’t work. Finally it worked for five minutes. When I unplugged it, stopped working and shut off
