My hp 110 does not boot and always asks the current password. Password checked failed, fatal error.. System halted. F9 nor F9 won't work.

Was there any hardware replaced on the PC?

 

Check whether it is because of the wrongly spelt

 

1. Whether Caps Lock is enabled but the login password is lowercase

2. If NumLock is opened but the password doesn’t include a digital number

3. Have typed wrong characters in the password

 

It looks like the system board needs tattooing.

 

Tattooing is taking information from a system and applying it discretely to the hardware to avoid licensing issues and Microsoft has a hand in its implementation.  If the Hard Drive DMI and Motherboard do not match up, it will not work correctly which is why they state to run the Motherboard tattoo process.
