HP Notebook - 15-ba026nd

Hi,
My HP Notebook - 15-ba026nd does not start up. The power led is blinking continuously (long blinks, short breaks). Orange with battery, white with battery removed. No other leds/beeps. The AC Adapter is plugged in for hours now.
I removed the battery, but it won't start on AC only. Also tried battery only. Pressed the start button 30 sec. when all power supply was disconnected but still no results. Besides the power led, it's completely dead.

Does anybody know what's wrong and how to fix it?
Regards.

Remove all the external peripherals connected to the PC.

Perform a hard reset. To know how, refer to step 2 in this document.
