Hello, sorry in advance for my english.

I bought a HP laptop some month ago, and it works fine, except for a detail, since day one. It needs to be booted twice to actually work. The first boot, the keyboard light up, the fans are running, but the screen is black. Doesn't event light up. I have to press the on/off button again to turn it off, then on, and it works.

I cannont put it in sleep mode either by closing my laptop since the screen will stay dark. The restart option seems to not be impacted. my BIOS is on date, i tried to do various things such as change the boot order or disable the "Fast boot" option. I wish I can fix this from home and don't have to send it back to HP, because i absolutely need this PC everyday for work.

Does anyone thinks of a solution ?

Thanks in advance ! : )
