Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F52AV)
HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 turned off and will not turn back on. I checked the power cord and where it plugs into the computer. Everything looks fine. I tried the HP support page virtual assistant diagnostic thing and it said to unplug the computer then hold down power button for 30 sec I think and then plug back in. When I plugged it back in still nothing no power no light on the charging port on computer. Then I was sitting there reading what to do next on my phone and smelled something weird and realized it was coming from the left top side of my keyboard it was smoking and smelled awful. I don't know what to do. I am a single mom and college student. I really need to fix this but I'm afraid its ruined.
