HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I recently updated my OS to Windows 11 22H2 and since then my PC wouldn't shutdown.

Every time I try to shut it down, it restarts until the battery dies out. I have tried disabling the Windows recommended 'fast startup' power option but that did not help.

Please recommend a fix for this issue. Thank you!
