I was trying to download some photos, three to be exact.I uploaded the first 2 without a problem but suddenly, when i was trying to upload the 3rd one, the screen started lagging and everything was lagging and going slow when suddenly,PAM! The screen turned black but the LEDs on the computer were still on and the light on the charging part was also glowing, sometimes white sometimes orangish-red. What is wrong with my computer? (Its a HP spectre x360 from 2018)

Please clarify DOWNLOAD or UPLOAD to/from where to your machine ? What is the error message ? How big are those photos ?
