Hi,

 

I have the same.problem and this was after trying an HP system recovery.

 

Any help appreciated.

What is the operating system you are using?

 

I recommend you run a test on the hard drive to make sure that the hard drive is working fine.

 

Follow the below steps to run a test on the hard drive.

  1. Turn on the computer.
  2. Immediately press the f2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the UEFI menu opens.

When the UEFI menu opens, select the diagnostic test you want to run, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
