My laptop is only running on charger only and not on battery and sometimes it does not start on the charger also.

my laptop details are HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14cd0053tx  and serial no [edit], it is almost 1 year when I had purchased this laptop and now I  am very upset with the performance of my laptop, it works very slow and it is only running on charger only and some time with the charger it not start. It gets switched off automatically on while it is on ac source, please help me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not working with the battery.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • Are you getting any battery error?
  • Is the battery getting charged?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
