For some reason, my pc won't boot up at all. I used it a few days ago and there were no signs of anything being wrong. It has been plugged in ever since then. The LED near the charging point is off. When I push the power button, nothing happens. There are no noises from the fan and no beeping. I tried the hard reset but nothing happened.

The LED being dark means the laptop is getting no power. So, this could be a dead battery, but it could also be a failed charger or charging circuit inside the laptop.
If you can, when rebooting, press the Esc key rapidly to bring up the HP Startup Menu. If that comes up, press F2 to run diagnostics.
If you can 't get it to power on enough to do that, you have no way to run diagnostics, so you will have to take the laptop to a local repair shop to see if they can do anything for you.
