Product: HP Notebook 15s-fq1103ns

When I'm working on my computer, the screen randomly crashes and it shows horizontal colored stripes. It happens for no apparent reason. I have tried updating the video drivers and BIOS but it doesn't seem to work at all. 

The only thing I can do is to turn the pc off and on again. But after a while (or maybe the next day) it happens again.

 

It seems that it has nothing to do with the effort that the PC is making because it has happened in several occassions: with a lot of apps being used, and with no app being used.

 

Does anyone know what it could be?
