HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac033dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Like many other posts I have seen, my Spectre 360 just stopped. It turned off and won't charge, won't turn back on, and none of the reset suggestions listed in other posts work.  The computer is about a year and a half old and was been "repaired" a couple times before it died.  It was previously fixed for overheating issues by following a technician's directions over the phone and was sent back and repaired. I tried contacting the HP rep that i worked with the last time it was "repaired" but they do not answer.

I was sold on this laptop because a BestBuy computer expert said it was the best and because I have gotten great machines from them in the past ....yes, I am that sucked this time.

[Content Removed]. This appears to be a known problem that they were addressing, but are now just completely ignoring.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
