I have been dealing with this for over a day and I don't know what to do I keep powering my laptop on and off and it dosen't work and the automatic repair dosen't work either as it leads to the Blue Screen error please help me as I just want to use my laptop again

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

 

To help you I just need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !

 

It looks something like this:

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters. Use a magnifying glass or the camera zoom feature on your smartphone to read it better.

You need (another Windows computer) to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

 An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.

Sorry for responding extremely late but I also got the inaccesible boot device so I cant even install windows 11 on a usb if I cant turn it on and again automatic repair dosent work either

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

 

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

 

Do not post any serial number here in the community !

 

If status (date) is wrong:
