Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (3S9N6AV)

Today my computer didn’t want to turn on. After pressing the power button for 15 seconds and then connecting the charger, the following image appeared. After that, the device started normally. Everything seems to be fine. I don’t know what I should do, whether to go to support or if the computer simply fixed the error. Please tell me what to do.

Hello @Quevedoo , how are you ?

This error is due to the equipment's internal CMOS battery and it needs to be changed.

But first, see if the procedure below can help:

I recommend that if you are under warranty, contact HP for repair.

If not, you can look for an assistant you trust.
