My computer is keep restarting

I tried to reset my laptop to factory settings but mid process an error message came up saying press okay to restart but this kept happening everytime, so I followed some procedure that i saw online but now the laptop keeps restaring then a blue screen comes up saying "installing windows 64% dont turn off your pc this will take a while        your pc will restart several times"  then it just restarts again ,this  has been happening for a few hours now
