- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
- Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

I believe I am using windows 10. I’m not sure how to know that.
it worked before it fell perfectly fine.
i have made no changes at all.
i did all the troubleshooting I seen online including reseating, removing the batter and all
