Product: HP Notebook - 15-r263dx ENSTAR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
My computer will not load to the screen where it asks my password, so it stays on the hp loading screen for a very long time. I have a SMART hard disk error so i ran the system diagnostics and immediately i had an error with my hard drive SMART Check. I do not know how to fix this and i also have a problem with my computer being slow, but this is becoming extensive. I have done many hard resets in the past, so i do not know if it will work at this point. I couldnt find my product so ask if i need more info. My failure ID is Q8FE1W- 7JV8BA-XD7V7A-60FQ03

Hi
Your current HDD failed. You've to replace HDD with a new one of similar form factor. 2.5 inch 7mm SATA HDD/SSD.
HP would repair this for free if you're within warranty, just give them this failure ID and product details.

Manual: reaching to HDD needs major disassembly

You've to get good technician to do the job.
Specs: http://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c04532024
Use the recovery discs/USB to factory reset OS after replacement.
Take our the current drive, use SATA to USB adapter for connecting old HDD to another PC, then copy data.
