My hp laptop has been sticker in a boot loop , I’ve tried all start up repairs yet to no avail , resettled the pc as well , still same problem . I installed a new operating system , yet still the problem came again , i later then changed my hard drive thinking that was the problem , yet im still facing the issue , please possible solutions are there for me , cause I’ve tried a lot on the internet and none of them worked for me

Thanks for your detailed explanation—since you've already tried startup repairresetting the PCreinstalling the OS, and even replacing the hard drive, yet your HP laptop is still stuck in a boot loop, this strongly suggests the issue may lie outside the OS or storage—possibly in the BIOS/firmwareRAM, or motherboard.

Please try to run a Hardware test on the Pc and let us know the result to help you better.

Extensive Test -

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer. 

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key. 

3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests. 

4. Click Extensive Test.
