Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been trying to contact Microsoftsoft they don’t do anything about it I look up on YouTube and it doesn’t help

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model number of your Stream.

Model number

First, try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot and see if there are any hardware problems.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continously keep pressing ESC until startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.
