Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I pc keeps going to a loop of restarting and i went to advanced settings>system response then it asked me to input my email account password i input the the right password but i keeps saying incorrect password

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
