Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y6AV)

My laptop get stuck at many a time without any reason, I have to restart always . please give a solution

Hi @Vysakh07 

 

In windows search type CMD, in the result click run as administrator and type (One at a time and then enter)

 

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

then restart windows and check.
