@Ashish0019, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

Turn off the laptop.

Press Esc or F2 on startup to enter System Diagnostics.

Run tests for Memory and Hard Drive to check for hardware problems.

Reset TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

Turn off the laptop and press Esc or F10 on startup to enter BIOS.

Go to the Security tab and disable TPM (save and exit).

If the issue stops, TPM might be the cause.

Perform a Clean Boot

Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.

Disable all non-Microsoft services and startup items.

Restart and check if the problem continues.

Update/Reinstall Graphics & Network Drivers

Go to Device Manager and check for yellow exclamation marks.

Update or uninstall/reinstall your graphics and network drivers.

Run System Restore or Reset Windows

If nothing works, try System Restore (back to a point before the issue started).

If that doesn’t work, do a reset of Windows (back up your files first).

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

I also find some dump files that I think is important. but I'm unable to share those kinds of files here because .dmp is not supported here.
