do you have a BIOS recovery media on a USB? And also have you shut down the computer fully? If you did both of these the  you can open up the BIOS recovery (Specific pattern for the laptop, which you can google). After that you can select to flash t

new bios using the USB BIOS recovery media that was on it. Hopefuly this helps, and also sometimes the BIOS recovery chip might be bricked too. Cheers!
