(I'm a teenager with no clue how to fill out the forms)

 

Hello. I really need help! My computer keeps freezing at the loading screen. I have a HP PROBOOK and it keeps freezing at the screen with the HP logo and the text "protected by HP sure start" under it. It'll always freeze up midway loading. I tried everything I could! Nothing is working! I tried resetting it, the shift and power button thing, and the escame button mashing thing! This didn't happen the last time I used it, which was yesterday... I don't know what to do!
