My laptop need more time to turn on after restarting

Product: HP 15-db1102nm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After restarting, my laptop HP 15-db1102nm needs more time to turn on (up to Windows log screen). I use WIndows 10 64 bit, the last version. What do I need to do to solve this issue? I tried to disable the option in the power setting, but that did not solve my issue.

Windows 10 laptops can start in either of two modes: cold start or warm start.  The first takes longer than the second.

 

So, if you have different start times, that is to be expected.
