My model hp 15 notebook pc is not booting

My laptop is not booting. 

I get this error:

I run the hard drive extensive test in diagnostics and got this failure id:

QC021V-7G89G9-XD7V6K-61UH03

Also when i boot and press F11 repeatedly i can't see the system recovery. 

I don't have a windows installation disk... Do i need to get one or is there another way...

The message is....    Hard Disk 1 Optimized

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.

AND/OR - Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

AND/OR - Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
(This key sequence actually restarts you graphics drive(W10 only).)

AND/OR - If you’re using multiple displays, try projecting video to a different monitor.
Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter.

Hi,

I tried the hard reset yesterday and no luck...
My laptop has no peripherals attached to it..

I alredy run the diagnostics tests for the hard drive and I got this failure:
QC021V-7G89G9-XD7V6K-61UH03

I will try the windows logo key combos later today.

and the error was...   Hard Disk 1 Optimized   as I posted earlier.

So I suggest you try the F11 and take it back to Factory Fresh, which will DELETE all your data, unless you have a Repair/Recovery/Re-Install media as per the pictures I posted.

If in doubt please ask.

So I tried the bootrec commands after creating the installation media ..
the first two were successful, but the last one /rebuildbcd failed with a I/O device error.
then I tried to do a chkdsk /r c: and i had a few errors after stage 4...
So do i need to copy my data to some USB and reinstall windows from scratch?
is there anything else I should try before that option?

I cannot see the pictures, but there is corruption somewhere.

But certainly backup your data.

If you do a Re-Install, once your data is safe, this will overwrite the OS but not your apps etc;

it should create the Windows.OLD folder.

I did a re-install over the top of mine a week ago.

Then if that is unsuccessful,  an F11.

I think i forgot to mention but the F11 option didn't work for me.
If I press F11 I see something like "... Recovery" for a while at the bottom of the screen but it fails to load and then I see the Boot manager error that is on the very first picture I uploaded.

So since you can't see the pics here is a transcript of the most relevant pieces:

A: bootrec cmd

This happens for a few files:
- chrome cache files
- hiberfil.sys
- \Windows\INSTAL~1\836232b4.msp
- \Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE
someother personal files not relevant...

but hiberfil.sys being corrupted  is something to worry about?

Then on stage 5 I get:

Free space verification is complete.
A disk read error occurredc0000185
An unspecified error occurred (6c6f6766696c652e 2a9)
Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50.

delete c:\*.tmp /s

Delete temp files which may free up space.

So I got to a point where chkdsk /f/r didnt return errors on the last stage.
on stage 4 "looking for bad clusters in user file data"  there are a few files reported with issues
on stage 5 "looking for bad free clusters"  we can see
Adding 1127 bad clusters to the Bad Clusters File.
CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in teh master file table (MFT) bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file stystem.
No further action is required....

After this... still no luck....
So after i backed up my data to an external disk I tried to install windows to C:
And then I got the error when selecting the primary partition:
"We could not create a new partition or locate an existing one.For more info see the setup log files"....

I found in the link below someone suggesting to use bootable DVD instead of a USB...

This is getting worse and worse.. and seems i cant do anything.... 
Need to buy a hard drive i guess?
