I am trying to move my OS from HDD to new SSD with help of USB flash drive OS installation. But the SSD is not getting detected in the bios boot settings. The new bios settings are very confusing and not accessible.

Mission Impossible!

If you want a new installation, follow the advice of Promethee
If you want to migrate the HDD-Installation to a newSSD, you need a Backup-Tool
