I'm using an HP 17-c2000 (4V792AV) notebook computer, but it keeps restarting unexpectedly during startup. HP Support Assistant checks the OS system and performs hardware diagnostic tests, but no problems are detected. The BIOS also shows as up-to-date. I don't know the cause.
