Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cp0011dx

The original screen was replaced because it was broken due to a fall. A new replacement was installed but it never turns on. The Hdmi monitor was used and it works fine. But the main display never turned on. Because it is a touch screen when I touch it this touch is reflected in the monitor display.Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
