Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My company has bought laptops used by a company. We sell laptops but i have received used laptops and they all have bios password. 

The company i bought are not responding to my emails and i was told to contact hp for smc.bin file to reset.

You will have to contact HP technical support for assistance with obtaining a SMC.bin file for your PC.
