Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Morning, got a new laptop for my son and set it up about a month ago. Now came to xmas morning and it’s saying that the details don’t exist. So I set up a new account and when it’s get the stage where it wants you to creat a PIN it comes up with something went wrong and you can not retry or skip as it just goes back to the sign in page again and again. 

Any help please
