Product: HP NOTEBOOK 15-ba052wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was fine yesterday but then it fell off my lap while getting up off my couch. 

 

I turned it off. 

When I turned it back on it keeps saying it's checking the media. Then tells me I have a boot failure.

 

I reset the BIOS setting to default and it says upon on the HARD DRIVE CHECK that I have NO HARD DRIVE INSTALLED.

 

Memory check is:  100%

 

ITS THERE IN MY LAPTOP BUT NOT BEING RECOGNIZED.

 

HELP ME!!!

Hi

It may be dislodged, it may be damaged.

 

So can you open up the PC?

Could you replace the HDD?
