Product: Probook 450 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear All,

 

 issue with a HP Probook 450 G7 when i connect the powersupply the i get NO boot frozen Capslock Led + charger indicator (is continuous on) and 1 blink power -on button.

 

On battery Power if i try to power-on the laptop do nothing no live in it

 

- tried the follow staps nothing helped

 hard reset

bios reset

unplugged bios battery

boot with no battery

usb bios update 

 

does anyone have an idea
