Sorry but we do not have a pass code generator for HEX codes yet.
You will need to contact HP and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

Thank you for contacting HP Technical Support.
To Clear the Infromation in BIOS follow the below setps
Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
Locate the jumper labeled CLEAR_PWD. In the default (normal) position the jumper is on pins 2-3.
Move the jumper on jumper CLEAR_PWD to pins 1-2 to clear password.
Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer.
Hold down the F1 key during the startup process and enter BIOS setup to change or clear the password.
After changing or clearing the BIOS passwords, remember to reset the jumper to pins 2-3.

Sorry abot that..
Step 1: first reset the RTC by removing the AC power supply, then the laptop battery, finally remove the hard-drive and the watch type battery under the hard-drive.
Step2: wait for about 6 minutes. Next install the watch type battery and the hard-drive(screw the cover for the hard-drive back in place afterwards).
Step3: Next do not put the laptop battery on, just plug in the AC adapter and power the machine on for a minute or so. You should see an error message advising the bios has recovered. Now you can put the battery back on and restart the PC.
