HP 650 Notebook PC

Hello, my Notebook HP650, H5K65EA does not start after a failed Bios update from F34 to F39 (sp66781.exe). Blinking Caps Lock button and black screen after Start.
I wanted to use the method described in the support to restore: Create USB stick, and start with this key WIN+B. But the offered Bios versions do not support the stick creation. Is there any other rescue for my Nootbook? Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your quick help, and sorry for my slow response to this.
I followed the video tutorial but in the end no success. I think only a USB stick with a bios can help here. (But with the offered Bios versions for this model no USB stick production is possible.) Blinking Caps Lock button says Bios error or?
