HP Recommended

I have an HP laptop. I don't have the chassis of it, but I have the motherboard. So, how do I know which backup model it was? I know it's Notebook, but I don't have this version because I want to download drivers. The motherboard has serial number zso50 la-a992p

 

It has the capslock light blinking issue. I guess I need to flash the BIOS again.

From what you posted and from the information I could find, you have a 15-r100 Intel 4th generation core processor model series.

 

HP has retired support for the model series so the drivers are not readily available.

 

These are the latest BIOS info and exe file links that I could find for that model series (F.44):
