Need to get the bitlocker recovery key for a HP PC without accessing microsoft account.

Hi, I have gifted my close relative a HP 15.6" inch laptop Win11. Unfortunately, my relative is passed away. I tried backup the stuffs from her laptop for memory but  it is restricting me to access and requesting 'Bitlocker Key recovery' requires to proceed further. I don't have her MS account details from where I can pull the Key. 

I have tried myself using command line and found that C drive has been locked up. But I couldn't able to unlock it using password. 

I have the serial number, hardware ID and the PIN to logon on the laptop.

Can someone please help here?

Sorry, but BitLocker encrypts the drive -- completely -- and without the key, there is no way to salvage the data.  Only MS can provide you the key, as HP keeps no records of the keys -- which are unique to every PC.
